How the Journey Began
I’ve been so fortunate to transform talents and hobbies of mine into opportunities to facilitate perfect wedding days; craft on-theme birthday cakes, and capture the various phases of growing families.
Baking started when I surpassed my mom’s skills and she relinquished the mixing bowl to me; event coordination began when a friend asked me to support her on her special day through organizing people and decor; event design was a bug I caught planning my own wedding; photography started when I got a “big girl camera” and took it with me to everything I did outside the home. They have all morphed together to be a blend of creativity that I love to incorporate into life.
EBP Designs is me - Emily Polaczyk. I couldn’t do it without the support of the-guy-I-liked-in-high-school-turned-husband, Josh. We live in the Ann Arbor area with our two daughters and our mostly crazy but typically lovable Jack Russell/Beagle, Otto. When I’m not baking, taking photos, or making a crazy spreadsheet, I work at a financial advising group in Ann Arbor.
